Cookie decorating party anyone? Alamo Jump and Sarah’s Sweets are partnering to present Thanksgiving-themed cookie decorating class/party for kids! Saturday, November 10, 2018 ~ Galaxy Gala 2018

Join Children in Need of Services for their annual Galaxy Gala fundraiser event! This is a formal affair with live music, dancing, professional catering, wine and spirits, DJ, and a silent auction. All proceeds help CHINS continue their mission to help children and families in the community. Tickets are available at the admin office at 301 Texas Ave or online here! Sunday, November 11, 2018 ~ The Art of Wine- Happy Holidays

Head over to the Heart of the Desert for a fun day of instructor supervised acrylic painting on canvas while enjoying a glass of wine! No painting experience required! Xochitl Flores will be instructing and your canvas and tools will be provided. An apron or smock is recommended for you to wear so your clothes will be safe. Afternoon starts with a wine tasting and a glass of wine for you to take back to your station. Tickets are $35 a person and must be purchased prior to the event. It’s the 2nd Annual Gingerbread Contest at the White Sands Mall! FREE to enter! There is an Adult Category (14+) and a Youth Category (2-13)! Great prizes! Get decorating and get creative! Make whatever you like out of gingerbread and submit it to the Mall Office no later than November 29th by 5:30pm. Voting will be in person and on the White Sands Mall’s Facebook page November 30th thru December 9th. Get into the Holiday Spirit on the ranch… Eagle Ranch! Photos with Santa, hosted by Beta Sigma Phi City Council, with on-site printing. $7 for the first image, $4 for each additional one. There will be crafts and games for the kids, provided by 4-H Clubs, hay rides through the ranch, holiday beverages and treas, plus in-store specials!
